My picks will be for the Pelicans to win, but the Spurs to cover the spread. The Pelicans are playing really good basketball and should have Brandon Ingram healthy for this game; however, Dejounte Murray should also be healthy for the Spurs, and he certainly has the talent to keep them in this. It's hard to beat against Pop keeping his team in this game, so I expect it to be close with the Pelicans pulling it out.
