The model has this at 9.01 total runs, so it's a bit too close to call in betting on the over, but the model thinks the Phillies are 0.23 runs better today, and I would have to agree. Charlie Morton just doesn't look the same, even though he's been slightly better of late, and I think this Phillies lineup could do damage.
