I don't really know what we're going to get from Ryan Yarbrough in his first game off the IL, but I think the Oakland offense is subpar enough that Yarbrough plus the Tampa bullpen should be enough to keep this score low. Since I believe that some of this Paul Blackburn breakout is real, I'll side with the under.
