Manoah has looked so good to start this year. I'd even consider an F5 bet on Toronto because I think he is the far superior starting pitcher. However, it's hard to bet against the Yankees, so I'm going to take the runs here and assume that this is a close game that the Yankees can remain in once Manoah is out of the game.
