I like this as a F5 bet because I really think Luis Garcia is better than Brieske. However, both of these offenses have been poor to start the season, and both of these bullpens are top-notch, so I think the under is for sure in play. If you do bet on the F5, take the ML and not the spread because the Houston offense scares me a bit.
