I'm gonna go with the under here. Both of these offenses have been pretty bad to start the season, so I'm not sure Boston can take advantage of Velasquez; however, Eovaldi has been pretty good and should contain the White Sox. My biggest fear is this Boston bullpen getting lit up again.
