Beeks has been solid in his limited work for Tampa, but I also think the bullpen is pretty rested after a strong start by Rasmussen. Chris Flexen also just doesn't miss bats, which is tough against a team of hitters like the ones Tampa has. My model has the Rays winning by almost two runs, so I think it'll be close, but let's go with Tampa to pull it out.
