The Red Sox are 70-53 on Patriot's Day, and I definitely think the early start and drastically different routine favors the home team who is in their own environment. The Red Sox also have the better offense and should hit well against Bundy, who let up no runs in his first start but didn't miss many bats and relied on a lot of outs in the field. That's a tough tight rope to walk against an offense like this.
