I like Paul Blackburn in this matchup, and think he can keep the Orioles from putting too many runs on the board, but I also think this Oakland lineup just isn't particularly good. An O/U of 7 is low, but the A's last four games have gone under that and the Orioles' last five have, so we'll bank on few runs being scored.
