This is a tough one for me. I like both of these pitchers because they have immense upside; however, they are both unproven and McKenzie has had some really bad starts in his past. I also think both bullpens are strong, so I lean towards the under, but it's hard to go for the under in a good offensive environment with two young pitchers. So, I'll just take the runs and assume this is a close one.
