Kyle Freeland had a 4.83 ERA in Coors last year, which is obviously not good but not as bad as you'd expect. He usually hovers around 50% groundball rate on the year, which helps to limit home runs, so I'm going to lean with the starting pitcher who is used to pitching in this environment over the converted reliever who hasn't had to deal with this as a starter before.
