The Seattle Seahawks are a fairly comfortable 5.5-point favorite over the Cooper Kupp-less Los Angeles Rams. It's no surprise they're favored by this much given the state of the Rams roster and the belief that the Seahawks could challenge for the NFC West title. However, Seattle failed to cover the spread in both wins over the Rams in 2022, and one major element this year is the return of Aaron Donald. This may be another game that's closer than expected, but it should be exciting to watch and potentially higher scoring than the 46 O/U suggests.
